Refund Policy

Refunds

We kindly ask you to review HuaStar Premium carefully before subscribing. Once you have subscribed, we are unable to offer refunds for the current month's subscription. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are non-refundable once charged. We will send a reminder email before each renewal.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
