Terms of Service

1. About HuaStar

HuaStar ("we", "us") is an online practice platform for the PSLE Chinese Language oral examination, operated from Singapore. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Parental Consent

HuaStar is intended for primary school students. If the user is under 13, a parent or legal guardian must create and supervise the account. By signing up, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have a guardian's consent to use the service.

3. AI Grading Disclaimer

Our scoring is generated by AI models aligned to the official SEAB PSLE Chinese Oral rubric. It is intended as practice feedback only and is not a substitute for actual MOE examiner judgement or human teaching. Scores and feedback may contain errors.

4. Subscription & Billing

Premium is a recurring monthly subscription (S$30/month). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Pricing may change with at least 14 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your account, attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape or republish our content, upload abusive or unlawful material, or use the service to harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

All passages, videos, rubrics, and grading prompts are owned by HuaStar or licensed to us. You may use them for personal practice only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuaStar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any exam outcome. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
